Shopapes Jewelry is always committed to ensuring you with the highest quality of Jewelry. We are more than pleased to offer our jewelry patrons a lifetime guarantee if your product is damaged, fades or is defective during normal wear. This guarantee entitles you to a one-time replacement of the piece unless, as determined solely by Shopapes, your piece was intentionally damaged. In the event Shopapes no longer carries the product, you will be permitted to exchange your piece for another of equal or lesser value. The exception is for clearance or final sale items. 

HOW IT WORKS

To claim your warranty, please contact us at support@shopapes.com stating the reasons for requesting the warranty and provide pictures if possible. Once we've assessed and determined the situation, we will give you instructions on sending the item back to us for repair/replacement.
